Process

A systematic, quality-driven process designed to deliver strong, durable, and consistently manufactured GI pipes.

H.R. Coil inspection

The process begins with hot-rolled (H.R.) coils, which are the primary raw material for manufacturing the pipes. The coils are inspected for chemical composition and steel grade, thickness and width, surface defects, rust, or damage and other mechanical properties. Only approved coils are moved to the production line.
